• IMPORTANT: before ordering this spare part, please check the reference for your Kitchen Companion food processor (reference* visible on the product or packaging).

  • if the reference ends with 700 or 701, for example Companion HF800A10/700*: please order the lid 8030001140 MS-8030001140, which is suitable for these product models.

  • if the reference ends with 702, for example Companion HF800A10/702*: this lid is suitable for your product.

• The lid set for the large Companion 3 L bowl includes:

1. a lid with 2 white handles and central glass section with an orifice to hold the steam regulator cap*
2. seal holder
3. seal

*The steam regulator cap is supplied separately (available on this website under reference MS-0A19396)

• Installing/unlocking the lid:

• The appliance can only work if the seal is positioned on the seal holder, and if the seal holder is assembled inside the lid. The cap must always be in the hole on the lid, either in the maximum position on (a) for steam cooking, or in the minimum position on (b) for gentle cooking.
• The assembled lid is positioned on the bowl by aligning the two triangles. It is locked by turning it in the direction of the arrow.
• A safety lock on the lid prevents the food processor from starting if the installation is not correct.
• To unlock, gripping areas make it easier to handle, but it can only be opened 10 seconds after the appliance has been stopped.
• You must then rotate it through a quarter turn clockwise.

• How do I clean the lid of the Companion bowl?

• All the parts of the lid (seal, seal holder and lid) are removable. When the parts have cooled down, unclip the seal holder from the lid by sliding the end of the handle of the spatula between the two components and pressing (without taking risks) to separate them. Once removed, all parts are dishwasher safe.
