  • Finely chopped shitake mushrooms (25g – 2 people) (50g – 4 people) (75g – 6 people)
  • Finely chopped spring onion (1 tbsp – 2 people) (11/2 tbsp – 4 people) (2 tbsp – 6 people)
  • Finely chopped coriander (1 tbsp – 2 people) (11/2 tbsp – 4 people) (2 tbsp – 6 people)
  • Chilli purée (½ tsp – 2 people) (1 tsp – 4 people) (11/2 tsp – 6 people)
  • Soy sauce (1 tbsp – 2 people) (11/2 tbsp – 4 people) (2 tbsp – 6 people)
  • Sweet chilli dipping sauce (40ml – 2 people) (80ml – 4 people) (125ml – 6 people)

4 people = 10 min preparation and 5 min cooking time

Line the steaming basket with non-stick baking paper.

Mix all the ingredients.

Form into balls. Cook in batches.

Place balls in the steaming basket. Place 200 ml water in the bowl. Cook remaining meatballs. SERVE WITH SWEET CHILLI SAUCE!
