Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil (2 tsp – 2 people) (1 tbsp – 4 people) (11/2 tbsp – 6 people)
  • Sliced onions (100g – 2 people) (200g – 4 people) (300g – 6 people)
  • Celery, cut into 2cm pieces (200g – 2 people) (400g – 4 people) (600g – 6 people)
  • Vegetable bouillon or vegetable stock (375ml – 2 people) (750ml – 4 people) (1l – 6 people)
  • Dried bayleaf (1 – 2 people) (2 – 4 people) (3 – 6 people)
  • Stilton, rind removed and crumbled into small pieces (30g – 2 people) (60g – 4 people) (90g – 6 people)

Preparation

2 people = 10 min preparation and 10 min cooking time

4 people = 10 min preparation and 10 min cooking time

6 people = 10 min preparation and 10 min cooking time

Cooking pressure = high

Add oil.

Cook onion for 2-3 minutes or until soft.

Add the celery, stock and bayleaf.

Season with freshly ground black pepper. SERVE WITH CRUMBLED STILTON!
