Ingredients

  • 800 g COURGETTES
  • ½ CHICKEN STOCK CUBE
  • 4 TBSP CREAM CHEESE
  • PINCH OF SALT
  • PEPPER
  • 1 L WATER

Preparation

Wash the courgettes and cut into chunks. Place in the food processor fitted with the ultrablade chopper. Add ½ the chicken stock cube and cover with 1 L of water.

Launch the P1 soup program for 25 mins. At the end of cooking, add the cream cheese through the opening on the lid. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix at speed 12 for 2 mins. Serve hot.

TIP This soup is ideal for children. For adults, add 1 tsp of curry powered and a little coriander. You can replace the cream cheese with fromage frais.
