Whisk the oil with the lemon juice, oregano, lemon zest, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic in a large bowl. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Threat the chicken onto 8-inch (20cm) wooden skewers.
Turn the grill on. Select the chicken programme and press OK. Once the purple indicator light has stopped flashing, place the skewers on the grill and close the lid.
Cook, in batches of 6 until the indicator light has changed to red (cooking time about 10 minutes). Serve the chicken skewers with tzatziki sauce on the siide.
