Ingredients

  • Fresh mussels (discard any broken or open shells) (1kg – 2 people) (1.2kg – 4 people) (1.4kg – 6 people)
  • Chopped onions (100g – 2 people) (150g – 4 people) (200g – 6 people)
  • Dry white wine (200ml – 2 people) (200ml – 4 people) (250ml – 6 people)
  • Chopped fresh parsley (2 tbsp – 2 people) (3 tbsp – 4 people) (3 tbsp – 6 people)

Preparation

2 people = 2 min preparation and 3 min cooking time

4 people = 2 min preparation and 3 min cooking time

6 people = 2 min preparation and 3 min cooking time

Cooking pressure = low

Rinse the mussels under cold water, scrub clean and pull away any beardy bits. Discard any broken or open shells.

Put the cleaned mussels into the bowl. Add all the other ingredients.

Discard any mussels not fully opened. SERVE!
