Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the cubed butter and chopped chocolate in the food processor fitted with the kneading/grinding tool. Turn on at speed 3 at 45°C for 10 mins.
Scrape the edges of the bowl and add the sugar, flour, eggs, baking powder and pecans. Launch the P3 pastry program.
Base line a 23 cm square baking tin with baking parchment and grease the sides. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for approximately 20 to 25 mins. For fudgy texture slightly undercook the brownies.
At the end of baking, leave to cool in the tin. Remove from the tin and cut in squares.
