  • Trimmed sliced leek (100g – 2 people) (150g – 4 people) (225g – 6 people)
  • Crushed garlic (1 clove – 2 people) (1 clove – 4 people) (2 cloves – 6 people)
  • Finely chopped rosemary leaves (1 tsp – 2 people) (2 tsp – 4 people) (3 tsp – 6 people)
  • Peeled diced (2 cm) potato (150g – 2 people) (400g – 4 people) (600g– 6 people)
  • Chicken or vegetable stock (500ml – 2 people) (750ml – 4 people) (1.1l – 6 people)

Preparation

2 people = 10 min preparation and 10 min cooking time

4 people = 10 min preparation and 10 min cooking time

6 people = 10 min preparation and 10 min cooking time

Cooking pressure = low

Add oil.

Brown leek for 1 minute. Add garlic and rosemary. Stir to combine.

Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.

Mash until smooth. SEASON TO TASTE AND SERVE!
