  • Peeled diced (2 cm) sweet potato (225g – 2 people) (450g – 4 people) (650g – 6 people)
  • Drained and rinsed canned chick peas (drained weight) (125g – 2 people) (250g – 4 people) (375g– 6 people)
  • Tomato passata (375ml – 2 people) (750ml – 4 people) (1.1l – 6 people)

Add oil.

Brown onion for 1 minute. Stir in spice.

Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.
