This 1.2 cm thick cordierite pizza stone ensures quick cooking.
When the appliance is running, the stone turns through 360° in the oven to cook pizzas evenly.
It is positioned behind the front stone.
The two stones should not touch each other during rotation.
Clean the stone with a slightly damp cloth and a brush.
Make sure the stone is completely dry before each use.
